Completed Activities

What are Completed Activities? +

Completed Activities are workouts you have finished and saved. They provide a permanent record of what you performed, including exercises, sets, performance, and overall workload.

You can access Completed Activities from:

  • The Activities section on the Home screen
  • Your Profile history
  • An exercise’s Performance Analysis page

What information is saved in a Completed Activity? +

Each completed workout stores:

  • Workout title
  • Date and time completed
  • Total duration
  • Exercises performed
  • All completed sets
  • Total training volume
  • Optional notes

This information is used to power performance insights and progress tracking across the app.

Understanding the Workout Summary +

Each completed workout displays a summary of your session.

Duration
Calculated from workout start time to end time.

Total Volume
Represents total workload performed in the workout.

Volume is calculated using completed sets only:

Volume = reps × weight
This is summed across all exercises in the workout.

Exercises
Lists all exercises included in the session along with their completed sets and results.

Notes
Any notes saved when completing the workout are displayed in the summary.

How Activity Lists Are Displayed +

Completed Activities are shown in reverse chronological order, with the most recent workout first.

Each activity card shows:

  • Workout title
  • Date completed
  • Number of exercises
  • Total completed sets
  • Total workout volume
  • Workout duration

You can search activities by workout title to quickly find past sessions.

How Completed Activities Connect to Analysis +

Completed workouts are the foundation of performance analysis.

  • Each workout contributes data to exercise performance charts
  • Only completed sets are included in analysis
  • Exercises link back to every workout they appear in

The more workouts you complete, the more accurate your insights become.

Sharing a Completed Workout +

You can share a completed workout directly from its detail screen. Sharing exports your workout summary so you can showcase your session results.

Why an Activity Might Not Appear +

A workout appears in Completed Activities only after it has been finished.

  • The workout must be completed and saved
  • Draft or abandoned workouts are not included
