Calendar
Single Workout: Open your Calendar, click "Schedule Workout", select a workout,
pick a time, and save.
Workout Series: Toggle "Repeat as Series", configure start date, days, and weeks,
then save. The app will automatically schedule multiple workouts.
From the Home screen, you can click on the 'Your Week' component to your Calendar.
In the modal, scroll or search your available workouts. Tap a workout to select it, then confirm to schedule.
After selecting a workout, enable "Repeat as Series". Choose a start date, select the days of the week, and set the number of weeks. The app schedules all occurrences automatically and adds them to your device calendar.
In the scheduling modal, tap the time field. Use the time picker to select a new start time before confirming.
Yes. Open your Calendar, tap the scheduled workout, then choose "Edit" or "Cancel". Changes will sync across your app and device calendar.
