From the Home screen click on Store. Here you will find the Package store, a marketplace for all available Packages. Packages can be claimed or purchased by clicking the 'Get Package' button.

What's in a Package?
You can view details of a Package by clicking on a Package from the list on the Workout Store. Here you will see a preview of all available exercises and workouts.

When you download a Package you will get all bespoke workouts, involved exercises and available alternatives saved on your account. As well as an informative description all exercises come with fully-configured settings including default sets, body parts, difficulty and equipment.

Navigate to 'Profile' then click the Settings Cog to access Settings and Prefences. Under Owned Packages you can see all downloaded packages.
