Workouts

Workouts are structured training sessions you create, save, and perform in the app. Each workout contains exercises, and each exercise contains sets with reps, weight, or time targets. You can execute workouts, track performance, and save completed sessions.

Using the Workout List +

The Workouts screen shows all saved workouts and workouts shared with you.

  • Tap a workout to view details
  • Tap Play to begin execution
  • Use search to find workouts by title
  • Edit or delete workouts from their detail screen
Creating a Workout +
  1. Go to Workouts.
  2. Tap the + button.
  3. Enter a workout title.
  4. Add exercises from your exercise library.
  5. Customize sets, reps, weight, timers, or notes.
  6. Tap Save.

Exercise configuration options:

  • Number of sets
  • Reps or time targets
  • Weight (stored internally in kilograms)
  • Bodyweight mode
  • Notes per exercise
  • Timers and advanced settings
  • Custom appearance settings
Executing a Workout +
  1. Open a workout from your list.
  2. Tap the Play button.
  3. Progress through exercises one by one.
  4. Adjust reps or weight for each set.
  5. Mark sets as completed.
  6. Tap Complete Workout when finished.

During a workout you can:

  • Track elapsed workout time
  • Modify actual reps or weight performed
  • Add or remove sets
  • Mark individual sets complete
  • Complete all sets at once
  • Navigate between exercises
  • Use timers when enabled
Saving Completed Workouts +

When a workout is completed, your performance is saved automatically.

The app records:

  • Actual reps performed
  • Actual weight used
  • Exercise completion status
  • Workout duration
  • Start and end time

If the workout was scheduled, completion is linked to that scheduled session.

Managing Workouts +
  • Edit existing workouts
  • Delete workouts
  • Schedule workouts on your calendar
  • Search workouts by title
Why didn’t my workout save? +

Workouts are saved when you tap Save in the editor or when you complete a workout session. Exiting early will discard progress.

Can I change weight units? +

Yes. You can display weight in kilograms or pounds. All values are stored internally in kilograms.

What happens if I exit during a workout? +

Progress is not saved unless the workout is completed.

Can I add sets while training? +

Yes. You can add or remove sets during execution without changing the original template.

Why are my sets marked incomplete? +

Sets must be manually marked complete or included when using Complete All.

  • Check your internet connection
  • Restart the app
  • Ensure you are logged in
Troubleshooting: Progress not updating +
  • Make sure sets are marked complete
  • Finish the workout to save results
