Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. In the app go to Settings > Delete Account and Data. This will immediately remove your account, workout history, custom workouts and exercises and any other related data.

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth. While no system is 100% secure, we continually monitor and update our measures to keep your information safe.
